Base stabilization with Top Seal White – Round Rock, TX
Top Seal Whiteis used for base stabilization to achieve a highly dense base by preserving the optimal humidity and the pressure of compaction. The treated base behaves like a cement-stabilized base but is flexible. TSW preserves the base from weather conditions and forms a wearing surface. The base becomes impermeable and rock solid, and over time it doesn’t lose any aggregate. Also the surface is free from dust, as TSW could be used at very low rates as a dust control agent.
